When my blog got zapped about a year ago, I thought I had lost a bunch of content. However, a recent hard-drive crash I got hit with came with a silver-lining: I found a grip of old posts looking through some of my back-up disks.

These flicks are from a Summer '09 mission to Chicago. They include plenty of random ish as well as stuff from visits to three of my favorite places in Chi-town: The Art Institute of Chicago, Prairie Books, and Golden Age. The TRAFIK homies' film To Live and Ride in L.A. is premiering next week at the Los Angeles Bicycle Film Festival. (I'm told a wall by Cache and I makes a little guest appearance. FYI: Swank did the fresh handstyles and poster for this film, SHyeaahhh!!!)

The SNOW Magazine Cafe in Tokyo is in full swing through the month of August. Lost is one of the publications featured in its Zines Corner, along with rad zine Disaster and a slew of others donated from my personal stash.

Per SNOW: "The SNOW Magazine Cafe is a month-long celebration of art, design, and culture magazines from around the world, on display for everyone's reading pleasure at Cafe Pause in Tokyo."
