These are some celly shots from
Interbike 2011. Apologies for blurs, low light, color shifts, and all that associated with forgetting the camera in my room. I rolled up there with the homies
Swank,
Gloze, and
Modem (thanks!) and generally nerded out on random bike stuff. I was involved with the
ARTCRANK exhibit as well, so I had a "professional" reason to be out there, but mostly it was the free beer and games of CougarLicious that dragged me to Nevada.
Viva Gloze Vegas!

All this cold weather in L.A. reminds me of the first time I saw snow fall from the sky. Back in April 2009, I was out in Minneapolis with
J.Shea and
Codak for the opening of an art show we were in. On our last day there, lo and behold, snowflakes started fallin' on my head! (Guess you had to be there...) Anyway, the MPLS is fresh: lots of biking, cool art, good dranks, and rad people. (A special nod goes out to
C-Rocka,
Derick Tsai, and
ArtCrank for reppin' Minneapolis to the fullest!)

When my blog got zapped about a year ago, I thought I had lost a bunch of content. However, a recent hard-drive crash I got hit with came with a silver-lining: I found a grip of old posts looking through some of my back-up disks.
These flicks are from a Summer '09 mission to Chicago. They include plenty of random ish as well as stuff from visits to three of my favorite places in Chi-town:
The Art Institute of Chicago, Prairie Books, and
Golden Age. 'Nuff said...
