Laboratorios Margen just finished the homie
Jorger's latest zine. This particular copy belongs to
LeHumanBeing, but you can pick one up at the upcoming
L.A. ZineFest through
Pentagram Press.

San Francisco 88-94 by Bill Daniel

I picked up a copy of
Bill Daniel's zine
847, Do You Have Your Radio Off? over the weekend. It features photographs taken in San Francisco between 1988 and 1994. The zine has a rad collection of images of seminal graff by the likes of
Twist,
Reminisce,
Meta,
Mr. Element,
Cuba, and even L.A.'s
Chaka (who I believe was introduced to the Bay Area by
Krenz/Yem AM7.)
I believe you can track down a copy of the zine at either of the links listed above. Highly recommended!

These are some pages from the fifth issue of my zine
Lost, published circa 2001. It was distributed at opening of my thesis exhibition back at school. It featured a memory-lapsed account of my early exposures to graffiti, a tribute to the
MAK Crew, and some dope street photography by
Acme SH/LOD. It's been long out of print, but here are a couple of ways to check out the entire issue:
You can save some trees and view the whole issue online

Or make your own bootleg copy by downloading the large print-ready PDF
here.
(Print pages in order, back-to-back. When done, staple down the middle and fold in half. Or fold in half and staple down the middle.)

These are some pages from the fourth issue of my zine
Lost, published circa 2000. It featured a tribute to
DJ Rob One, a report on the already-burgeoning sticker/wheat-paste scene, a special on
Mers CBS, a recap of the first
Seeking Heaven crew exhibit, and much more. It's been long out of print, but here are a couple of ways to check out the entire issue:

These are some spreads from the very first issue of
Lost published in 1998. It contained a tribute to
Ayer, a feature on
Seeking Heaven, a special on
Bash, and a few other goodies. It's been long out of print but I think I had posted about it on the previous incarnation of this blog. Here it goes again...

Another sick zine from the homie
M.B. called
Episodes. This one has a cinematic feel to it, like a film with a bit of a melancholic soundtrack (but that may be the cofee in my head talking.) Try
wayout[dot]mb[at]gmail[dot]com and you might make contact.
